Join Tristan Bragaglia-Murdock formerly of Beyond the Pale, in Union 613's Speakeasy for three nights in November (10, 17 & 21) for Beer Sessions.
Each class will focus on an element of the brewing process (malts, yeast and hops/other flavourings). Classes are $50 each, or $120 for all three. They'll include some food from the kitchen, and eight samples of beer including some local, some rare, hard-to-find stuff out of Tristan's own cellar!
