Some of you may be familiar with Stock Pot Ales, the small brewing operation at the Wellington Gastropub in Westboro run by long time brewing friends Adam, Ed & Nathan. They’ve since traded in their stock pots for a 7 barrel system in Carleton Place.
After much anticipation, Stalwart Brewery Company finally opens their doors today (December 18th) at their new location on High Street.
Out of the gate they are launching 3 beers, all of which were part of Stock Pot Ales collection, however now on a larger system and tweaked slightly. “Big Papa” Pale Ale , “Dr. Feelgood” IPA & “Bad Moon Rye” Stout will be available in cans or via their by the glass license.
If you are unable to make it out to Carleton Place, currently their beer is flowing at the Wellington Gastropub, Union 613, and Supply & Demand.
